Smart Cartoning Solutions for Efficient End-of-Line Packaging
Our Automatic Carton System is designed for the high-speed cartoning of pillow bags or bottom-square packets — ideal for short pasta and similar products.
Using suction plates mounted on a Cartesian axis motion system, the machine ensures smooth and accurate handling of each product, optimizing space utilization within the carton box and guaranteeing product integrity.
AV12E - Wrap around with Cover
Series of robotized type special systems with single inlet channel, for the automatic cartoning in vertical position, with the wrap-around system, of squared bottom packets, square bottom packets with the fin, cases, in display type cartons made by two “interlocking” elements, of which the lower one is the tray and the upper one is the cover. All systems can be customized to specific operational and logistic needs. All systems are equipped with auto-regulation adjustments.

Series of automatic multifunction systems with single entry channel of various type and configuration according to the requirements, able to perform, unsing a pick and place system, the following cartoning operations:

Pillow bags disposed in horizontal in single or multiple rows, with progressive overlapping of the layers.

Square bottom packets disposed in horizontal in single or multiple rows, with progressive overlapping of the layers with the possibility to rotate or dispose them in crosswise.

Square bottom packets in vertical position in single, double, triple or quadruple rows, with the possibility to rotate the layers.
American type cartons and display type cartons with cover. The systems are equipped of self-regulation and fully customizable to specific operational and logistic needs. Final closure of the cartons can be done with hot-melt glue and self-adhesive tape.
Production capacity for packets disposed in horizontal position:
120 packets per minute – 30 layers per minute – 18 cartons
Production capacity for packets disposed in vertical position:
100 packets per minute – 18 layers per minute – 18 cartons
Various kind and configuration series of double entry channel systems for pillow bags or square bottom packets with fixed lenght (eg. long pasta pillow bags or cases and similar). The composition of the bundles by progressive stratification of the packages occurs on two bundling heads on the descending plate of the forming and side filling tray, in a single solution. The final closure of the carton is made with hot-melt glue and self-adhesive tape. The systems are fully customizable to specific operational and logistic needs.
